Surrounded by the Island of Elba's typical lush vegetation, Residence della Luna consists of an old farmhouse dating back to the start of the last century, completely renovated and completed by four small apartment buildings in the shade of a wonderful pine-wood which cradles the entire complex.
The grounds are meticulously kept: from the flowers to the lawn around the buildings, ideal for sunbathing, from the swimming-pools to the loungers and tables provided for communal use. Shade is always guaranteed by the palms which also shelter part of the pool area.
The surroundings are secluded, relaxing and quiet and the apartments are used by couples and families; an oasis of restful calm after a visit to Elba's crowded beaches.

The view is breath-taking: while swimming in the pool, which is in the sun all day long, you can enjoy a panorama of the town of Capoliveri, overlooking the entire Plain of Mola and the surrounding countryside.
The complex's central position gives easy access to the Lido di Capoliveri beach, just 900 metres away, and the towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.

The facilities
We offer guests a pool for adults and one for children, accessible morning to evening, with no opening-time restrictions, Wi-Fi, a fitness area, barbecue, tennis court, playground for children, table tennis, laundromat and a small library at the reception.
The apartments
Apartments sleeping from two to six, with one, two or three rooms. All apartments, furnished in attractive, functional, simple style, have fully equipped kitchen, telephone, TV, safe, hair dryer (on request) and a veranda with table and chairs (Type A excluded). Some apartments also have air conditioning. Behind the apartments there are roomy clothes drying racks and open-air showers for rinsing off the sand before entering.
The apartments are strategically located: near the complex guests will find supermarkets, a newsagent, a bank, a fishmonger and all useful amenities, allowing them to avoid lengthy queues and parking problems. As well as the complex's own facilities, guests enjoy special rates at restaurants, pizzerias, a riding school, a diving centre and many other amenities.
